Farm Flowers by Eagles Range

High Country Blooms

About the Farm

We’re Jen and Mark and we are growing beautiful farm flowers on our high country farm, Eagles Range, near Jindabyne.

We’re building a modern regenerative farm from the ground up in one of the coldest and most beautiful corners of Australia. It’s home to our family of four, two thousand-ish chooks, two blue cattle dogs, horses, cows and a growing collection of farming enterprises.

Locally, we’re best known for our pasture-raised eggs, but these days the farm is also home to thousands of cool-climate flowers.

Farm Flowers began with a simple idea – to grow beautiful seasonal flowers here in the mountains, picked fresh and shared close to home.

At 1,100 metres in the Snowy Mountains, our growing season follows its own timetable. Spring takes a little longer to arrive and late frosts keep us checking the forecast, but our cool climate has its advantages. For varieties that thrive here, cooler conditions allow slower development and can produce higher-quality blooms.

We choose varieties for their suitability to our cool region, for their colour, scent and character, with something different to look forward to throughout the growing season.

Our flowers are grown using organic practices, with a focus on healthy soil and caring for the land that supports them. Ours are grown chemical free, on our farm near Jindabyne, picked fresh. Buying from us means supporting a local farming family and knowing exactly where your flowers come from. There are no nasties when you smell them.

We want flowers to become a familiar part of life – for celebrations, a thank-you, a little self-care or simply to be admired.
